Power 45/60/ 75
This is our signature  power yoga class. Each class is created to inspire change on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. Poses will link together using breath and movement. The room is heated to 95 degrees to help you release toxins, open your body, and heal your spirit. Each class will challenge you and leave you feeling inspired.

power basics
This class has been created to help you develop a solid foundation in your yoga practice. This class is structured similar to the power class but with more modifications and a slower pace.  The room is heated to 85 degrees to help students learn to adjust to the heated temperatures. Expect to feel grounded, balanced, and prepared for all of your daily challenges.

slow burn
This 60 min practice is geared for the yogi looking to increase strength, stamina, and flexibility.  The room is heated to 95 degree's and class will flow at a slower pace, with longer holds than a power class.

power detox flow
Looking for the perfect mix of flow and stillness?  This powerful class is perfect for everyone.  Begin with a all levels power flow and than finish the second half with yin holds and a sweet savasana.  The room is kept at  95 degrees.

warm yin
A deep stretch that works past muscle tissue to connective tissue. In this class you will be holding postures for longer periods of time. All postures are seated or prone. Yin is a fabulous way to balance your vinyasa practices. The room is heated to 85 degrees

Aerial yoga
No experience necessary - aerial yoga builds strength and flexibility by incorporating traditional yoga poses with the support and enhancement of silk hammocks. Fun, challenging, and safe, aerial yoga is a great addition to grounded classes as it stretches and strengthens complementary muscles.

Aerial Sequence
Some experience necessary, students must be able to invert safely on their own and have some basic understanding of wrist wraps and manipulation of the silks. This advanced practice will flow from pose to pose without resetting, thereby creating more of a traditional vinyasa class. It will also offer the opportunity to explore advanced poses.

Restorative Yin Yoga
Restorative yoga focuses on winding your body down after a long day and relaxing your mind. At its core, this style focuses on total body relaxation. You spend more time in fewer postures throughout the class. Many of the poses are modified to be easier and more relaxing. Props such as blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows are generously used and are placed just right to help you sink deeper into relaxation. Restorative yoga also helps to stretch the fascia, connective tissue and opens the joints.
